YOUR TASKS:

– Development and implementation of maintenance strategies to increase performance, hardware lifespan and cost effectiveness
– Leadership and development of a cross-functional team of technical specialists
– Provide support and troubleshooting in accordance with predetermined service level agreements
– Grow and build management systems, tools and reports to ensure proactive identification of problems, risks and improvements
– Analysis and evaluation of error data to initiate hardware improvement strategies (spare parts, repairs or process optimizations) as well as taking appropriate measures
– Regular communication with internal stakeholders (operations, product development, product management, etc.)

YOUR PROFILE:

– Completed degree (M.Sc.) in engineering, mechanical or electrical engineering, economics or similar
– 5+ years professional experience in technical project management and 3+ years experience as team lead
– Excellent ability to communicate and explain technical issues to a non-technical audience in order to ensure concise decision-making
– C1 English language skills
