YOUR TASKS:

General Systems Administration:
– Manage IT assets and licenses.
– Oversee software and hardware purchasing.
– Establish budgets
Application and License Administration:
– Manage applications and licenses for end users.
End User Support:
– Provide 1st and 2nd level support for end users
Operational Processes:
– Handle offboarding/onboarding processes.
– Communicate and update request statuses for hardware purchases and service changes.
– Collaborate on identity and access management compliance by granting necessary permissions
Technical Support:
– Investigate technical issues on Windows and Mac systems, diagnosing and resolving configuration errors and hardware problems
Customer Service:
– Deliver an excellent support experience through clear communication and guidance to users.
Project Support:
– Support projects according to milestones, timelines, and dependencies.
Knowledge Sharing:
– Foster a culture of knowledge sharing, ensuring the team is informed on new systems and best practices.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

– Completed Degree or education in IT application development, IT administration, information systems or similar
– Professional experience working in technical support or a similar, ideally with experience in Atlassian suite and Service Desk
– Professional experience in Mac and Windows OS support
– Experience with knowledge management tools, e.g. Confluence
– Service attitude, proactive collaborative mindset, open to a dynamic environment
– Basic experience in troubleshooting issues on end-user systems
– Nice to Have: CompTIA’s A+ certification or a certification which is supportive of help desk services
– Language skills in in German (C1) and English (minimum B2)
